We can provide you with a one-off clearance at a competitive rate or carry out discounted clearances at prearranged intervals under our unique Regular Service Scheme.

To enable us to provide you with a prompt and reliable service, a convenient and unobstructed means of access should be available for our specialist tanker. If your sewage installation is exceptionally deep or particularly far away from the tanker parking point, special arrangements will need to be made. To organise such special arrangements and to help prevent any damage from being caused to your property, we simply request prior notification of any difficulties which you may envisage with the service.

We will notify you of any damaged pipes or defects found in the tank during the clearance. Although we are unable to rectify such problems, our staff can advise you of the action that should be taken. However we can assist with removal of blockages within the system’s pipe work.

3 Easy Ways to Pay

We offer a choice of payment methods to help coincide with your other financial commitments. Usually an invoice is sent shortly after the clearance, which should be paid within 20 days. Alternatively you may wish to pay the driver at the time of clearance, or arrange payment to be made by Direct Debit.

Our Regular Service Scheme provides you with clearances at prearranged intervals to the frequency you choose, removing the hassle of organising each clearance. The operational economies gained through advanced vehicle routing are passed onto you in the form of discount. Regular Service Scheme membership provides you with priority attention and peace of mind. It also enables our operators to become familiar with any special requirements of your sewage installation, enabling the service to take place in your absence.

The frequency of the clearances will depend upon many factors: the geographical location, surrounding soil characteristics and of course the number of people it serves. Should you require any additional clearances, other than those you stipulate, the Regular Service Scheme discount will still apply.
